Following a career with Tesco and Coca-Cola in senior HR and Sales & Marketing roles, Larry has spent the past 20 years helping leaders, teams and organisations across all sectors ask and answer the big questions facing them: “What is our purpose?”, “How satisfied are we with where we are?”, “What’s stopping us?”, “What can we do about it?” “What do we need in our toolkit to realise our ambitions - and who can help us?”. Debbie has over 35 years’ experience working in the NHS where she has developed a range of organisational development and facilitation skills. Debbie specialises in the programme management of CSLE executive and
leadership development programmes and manages our CSLE Coaching Faculty.

Becci is an experienced Chief Fire Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the public safety industry. She has supported the CSLE as a strategic partner since its formation and joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director in 2016.
Des is passionate about developing the next generation of leaders and we are pleased that since stepping down from the CSLE as company director at the end of 2018, he remains on the Board as a Non-Executive Director.
